Praying is one way for me to put my heart at ease. It is because of my religion and faith that I am able to have a consistent life. Most people go for long stretches of depression, and if you ask me, it is because of their lack of faith. I am not saying that faith will automatically heal your wounds, but that does not mean that it cannot help. Praying is a large part of why I am happy right now.
